The challenge
Niubiz had the challenge of accelerating the launch of new products while maintaining the quality controls and security practices that its solutions require.
The solution
We implemented the Caleidos DevOps Framework©, a service based on AWS best practices and tools, helping Niubiz improve its development and deployment capabilities to gain greater agility and stability in its technology processes. The framework is composed of 3 pillars: Agility and Stability Review (maturity level assessment and review of the current development process flow, organizational culture report, and recommendations based on findings); DevOps Adoption Continuity (development and refinement of the DevOps strategy in the organization, execution of workshops and courses to promote DevOps culture and technical learning of the main practices); and DevOps as a Service (implementation of deployment flows from day one, continuous improvement and execution of the DevOps strategy, observability of key DevOps metrics).
