What is the commercial model for Caleidos Lens©?
Service desk is billed by hours consumed per pillars contracted. You have minimum monthly packages with included hours and overage rate. We start with basic 40h/month and scale as you need — accessible entry point.
What SLA do you offer?
Severity 1 (service down): 15-min response, 4h restoration target. Sev 2: 1h response. Sev 3: 4h. Sev 4 (queries): 1 business day. Times contractually guaranteed.
Do you work with non-AWS platforms?
Caleidos Lens© is 100% AWS. If your platform includes other clouds (Azure, GCP) or on-premise, we discuss — we can cover AWS and articulate with other providers, but our focus is being the best AWS partner possible.
Can you take over from a team being dissolved?
Yes, one of our typical cases. We do transition assessment, structured knowledge transfer (4-8 weeks) and gradually assume operation. We have productive cases of transitions from dissolved internal teams.
