🌟🚀 SUCCESS STORY: Transforming industrial safety for UNACEM Ecuador with #AmazonBedrock
In industries as demanding as cement production, immediate access to safety protocols is essential to act in a timely and safe way.
UNACEM Ecuador had a clear goal: make sure its plant teams always had reliable answers on safety, health and the environment, without depending on office hours or manual searches.
At Caleidos we love making our clients' challenges our own and helping them reach their #business goals. That's why, building on the power of #GenerativeAI and #AmazonBedrock, we designed two major solutions:
✅ #vIdABOT: a smart, friendly assistant available 24/7 through WhatsApp
✅ #vIdADOCS: a secure environment that guarantees full control of information, delivering reliable, verifiable answers grounded in the company's context rather than open internet sources.
Today UNACEM Ecuador is evaluating #extending the model to new domains and business areas, while keeping information secure by department.
Thank you UNACEM Ecuador for trusting us to lead this project, Amazon Web Services (AWS) for backing us with leading technology, and our talented Caleidos team for making this challenge a resounding success! 👏🌟
