The challenge
A cement industrial in Ecuador sought to modernize how employees and providers access industrial safety information. Needed an intelligent virtual assistant integrated with WhatsApp (channel where their people already were) that could respond to queries in real time with official documentation.
The solution
We built a virtual assistant on Amazon Bedrock connected to a document management backend (PDFs, MP4 videos) on S3. Native WhatsApp integration. Queries are processed via RAG agents over official documentation, with natural language responses and verifiable references.
Results
The assistant changed how industrial safety information is accessed. Internal and external personnel now query directly from WhatsApp anytime, with precise responses based on updated official documentation.
